 This website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is intended to make its products and services available to visitors, users and customers in mainland Portugal, Spain and selected international destinations. The information regarding the products displayed on the Site is provided for information purposes only, and all photographs are illustrative and intended solely to represent the final product.  
 This Site and its use are governed by Portuguese law.  
 The information provided is for guidance only. For advice or further information regarding the products and services, users should contact Dc. directly.

Access to and use of this Site, together with the general conditions set out above, are subject to the following terms and the applicable legislation in force in Portugal. By accessing and browsing this Site, the user accepts these terms without limitation or reservation.

All texts, graphic elements, images and other content displayed on this Site, including its design and layout, are the exclusive property of Dc. or their respective authors. The use of such information for any purpose other than consulting this Site is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Dc. and/or the respective rights holders. Unless otherwise stated, users are authorised to download, view or print the information available on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”) exclusively for personal and non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Portuguese law.

## Seller’s Rights

- Dc. reserves the right to cancel or suspend any delivery request that has not been placed in accordance with the conditions set out herein.
- Where, due to availability, manufacturing, production or supply constraints, a product cannot be supplied, Dc. reserves the right to replace it with another product of equivalent characteristics, quality and value, without prejudice to the customer.
- Dc. reserves the right not to complete a delivery if the recipient refuses to accept it or is absent and it is not possible to deliver the order to another person authorised to receive it.
- Orders shall only be deemed confirmed upon successful payment. Delivery times shall commence from the moment payment has been confirmed.
- Dc. reserves the right to contact the purchaser whenever this is considered necessary to ensure the proper execution of the requested service.
- Dc. reserves the right to maintain the confidentiality of its customers’ identities unless expressly authorised otherwise by the customer.
- Dc. may send newsletters and promotional communications containing information about offers, discounts and campaigns to customers who have expressly opted to receive such communications.
- Dc. reserves the right to subcontract third parties whenever necessary to ensure the proper fulfilment of its services.

## Buyer’s Rights

- The buyer has the right to request the return or replacement of a purchased product where, for reasons beyond their control, it is not delivered in satisfactory condition.
- The buyer has the right to request a full refund where the order is delivered more than twenty-four hours after the agreed delivery time.
- The buyer has the right to the confidentiality and protection of all personal data, information and instructions provided.
- The buyer has the right not to receive newsletters or promotional communications.
- The buyer may request that an order be re-delivered where delivery could not be completed due to circumstances attributable to the buyer, being responsible only for any additional delivery costs, where applicable, up to a maximum of three delivery attempts.

## Delivery Policy

At Deco Collection, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered quickly and securely. Below, you will find information about our shipping and delivery process.

### 1. Delivery Times

- **Standard Delivery Time:** The estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- **Out of Stock:** The 7-business-day delivery timeframe applies provided that all ordered items are in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you within 48 hours.
- **Out-of-Stock Options:** If a product is unavailable, you may choose to wait for it to be restocked (subject to a new agreed delivery timeframe) or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

## Rental Conditions

- All rental items are subject to availability.
- To confirm a booking, the client must submit a written confirmation.
- Requests to reduce the quantity of rented items will not be accepted within 15 days prior to the event date.
- Payment Terms: 50% upon booking confirmation and the remaining 50% no later than 15 days before the event date.
- In the event of cancellation, the initial booking payment is non-refundable.
- The client shall be fully responsible for the cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items.

## Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the procedures adopted by Dc. regarding the exchange and return of purchased products, together with the reimbursement of amounts paid and any other procedures applicable to the use of this Site.

Dc. is committed to supplying products that meet high standards of quality.  
 The purchase of products through this Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Refund Policy.

#### 1. Circumstances for Exchanges or Returns and Time Limits for Complaints

Products purchased through the Site may be exchanged or returned in the following circumstances:

- The product delivered does not correspond to the order.
- The delivery is completed more than twenty-four hours after the agreed delivery time.

##### 1.1 Product Not in Accordance with the Order

If, upon delivery, the product is found to have defects, has been damaged during transport or does not correspond to the order placed, the customer must refuse delivery and immediately report the matter to Dc.’s Customer Support Service (hereinafter referred to as “CSS”) by email at **[[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection)** or using the telephone contacts provided.

If the customer does not identify the issue at the time of delivery but subsequently discovers that the product was damaged during transport or differs from the order placed, they must contact the CSS as soon as possible and no later than 24 (twenty-four) consecutive hours after delivery.

##### 1.2 Delivery More Than Twenty-Four Hours After the Agreed Delivery Time

Where an exchange or return is requested due to delivery occurring more than twenty-four hours after the agreed delivery time, the following procedure shall apply:

If the customer accepted the delivery without objection, the right to request an exchange or return shall be forfeited.

If delivery is refused at the time of receipt, the CSS will contact the customer to arrange either the replacement of the product or a full refund.

**IMPORTANT:** Failure to comply with the above deadlines will result in the exchange request not being accepted.

#### 2. Procedure for Product Exchanges and Returns

Where an exchange or return is requested due to a product not corresponding to the order or because delivery occurred more than twenty-four hours after the agreed delivery time, the following procedure shall apply:

In all cases, the complaint will be reviewed by Dc. If, following assessment, it is determined that the issue reported by the customer did not occur or that any of the conditions established under this Exchange and Return Policy have not been met, the product will either be returned to the customer in the same condition or retained at our premises (see contact details) for a period of 72 hours, during which the customer may collect it.

##### 2.1 Refund Methods

Where a refund is deemed appropriate under this Refund Policy, reimbursement shall be made using the same payment method originally used to purchase the products, as follows:

If the investigation confirms the issue reported by the customer:

- **Credit Card Payments:** the refund request will be submitted to the relevant card issuer, which will be responsible for processing the refund within its standard operational timeframes.
- **Multibanco Payments:** the customer will be reimbursed the full purchase price by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer for this purpose, within the normal processing times of the banking system.
- Alternatively, if preferred by the customer, Dc. may replace the product with another product of equivalent characteristics and value, at no additional delivery cost.

#### 3. Changes to this Policy

Dc. reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time in accordance with the applicable legislation. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any updates.

**Liability**

Dc. accepts no responsibility for the improper use of this Site, its contents or the products sold through it, whether relating to their intended use or any other purpose.

Dc. recommends that all customers carefully read these Terms of Use and comply with them.

This Site and its use are governed by Portuguese law.
